Automotive Finance Manager

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

Are you an experienced automotive finance professional looking for an opportunity to grow with a successful dealership? We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Automotive Finance Manager to join our team in Cedar Rapids. This is a high-impact role where you will help customers secure financing solutions, protect their investments, and create an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Guide customers through the vehicle financing process with professionalism, transparency, and expertise.
Review credit applications, analyze financing options, and structure deals that benefit both the customer and dealership.
Present finance, warranty, protection, and insurance products that provide value and peace of mind.
Build strong relationships with lending partners to secure competitive financing solutions.
Ensure all financing and documentation processes meet federal, state, and dealership compliance standards.
Maintain accurate records and process transactions efficiently using dealership software and financial platforms.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize profitability.
Stay current on lending programs, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager, F&I Manager, Loan Officer, or similar finance-related role within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of automotive lending, credit analysis, and deal structuring.
Proven ability to present and sell finance and protection products.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Experience with dealership management systems, CRM tools, and finance software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
