Territory Growth ExecutiveHealthcare Technology | Outside Sales | Business Development

Location: Cedar Rapids (Field-Based)

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Travel: Local Territory Travel Required

We help long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, residents, and families navigate Medicaid eligibility and enrollment while helping facilities improve financial outcomes.

What You'll DoBuild and Grow Your Territory

You will be responsible for becoming the trusted partner for healthcare facilities throughout your assigned territory.

Responsibilities include:

Developing relationships with nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities
Creating new referral partnerships
Expanding business within existing accounts
Becoming a resource for administrators, admissions teams, and social services staff
Maintaining a consistent in-person presence throughout your territory
Meet with residents and families to walk them through our services

Own the Entire Sales Process

Unlike many sales roles, you'll see the direct impact of your work.

You will:

Meet with residents and families both in-person and virtually
Explain our services and enrollment process
Guide families through next steps
Secure signed agreements
Drive revenue growth through successful enrollments
Ensure a seamless customer experience

Manage Your Business

This role is ideal for someone who likes autonomy and accountability.

You will:

Manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot
Track activity and performance metrics
Follow up consistently with prospects and referral partners
Maintain accurate forecasting
Execute territory growth strategies

Help Shape the Future

QualificationsRequired

Demonstrated success in consultative business development, healthcare sales, operations leadership, business ownership, or another role requiring both growth and execution.
Evidence of building a territory, launching a market or service, creating referral partnerships, or expanding an underdeveloped book of business.
Ability to communicate credibly with executives and build practical working relationships with frontline teams.
Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage independently while collaborating across operations, service delivery, and leadership teams.
Consistent CRM, forecasting, organization, time management, and follow-through habits.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

Preferred

Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, senior living, hospitals, home care, hospice, healthcare staffing, DME, revenue cycle, Medicaid, or another referral-driven healthcare environment.
Experience owning a business, managing a P&L, launching a location, leading a team, or being accountable for implementation after the sale.
Existing relationships with Nebraska healthcare providers, corporate ownership groups, or post-acute leaders.
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, EOS, or another structured CRM and accountability system.
