Full Job Description

Chiropractic Assistant

This job posting may be listed for awhile because we are looking for someone with chiropractic office experience and or extremely similar experience.

Insurance billing, EOB experience is needed. Must be able to type proficiently. Must be comfortable with computers. Attention to detail and ability to work at a busy pace is needed.

Pay will be determined by experience in the field. The ability to immediately know the in's and out's of a chiropractic office and use of Chirotouch or a similar software is needed. Someone with Chirotouch experience and limited X-ray certification would be at the top of the pay range. We value dependability, experience and a positive attitude!

Overview:
Join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant and play a vital role in supporting our clinic's operations. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will work closely with chiropractors to provide exceptional patient care and ensure the smooth functioning of the practice.

Hours: We are looking for a third staff member. We ask staff to work together to meet the needs of our office while encouraging work life balance for staff.

Duties:

-Must be able to type well and be very comfortable with computers
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct patient assessments and record medical histories
- Assist chiropractors with patient treatments as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
- Schedule patient appointments and handle billing tasks
- Uphold confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations

-Must be detail oriented, good with numbers, and be able to work at a rapid pace.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in chiropractic care
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient service
- Some knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
