Machine Operators – Join PMX Industries

Cedar Rapids, Iowa
12-Hour Rotating Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Starting Pay: $22.11/hour
Earn up to $30.78/hour + Overtime + $0.70/hour Night Shift Premium

What You’ll Do

Operate and monitor production equipment
Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
Maintain a safe and organized work area
Troubleshoot and report equipment concerns
Work with team members to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Dependable and team-oriented mindset
High school diploma or GED required
Trade school graduates encouraged to apply
Must pass background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical
