Job Summary: The Project Administrator must have a great deal of drive, determination, and the ability to work independently. Excellent verbal, analytical/problem-solving, and written communication are a must. This role involves client invoicing and subsequent follow-up of corrections, through our internal and external client systems.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for organizing activities, schedules, and reporting in support of telecommunication projects.
Prepare correspondence and documents with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies as required.
Preparing and/or editing meeting minutes, presentations, and tables.
Updating internal and external project tracking software such as SiteTracker.
Scanning and filing documents.
Files correspondence and documents as necessary.
Update reports and project management systems, as required.
Providing general office support as required.
All other tasks as assigned.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Go-getter attitude. Highly motivated and needs little oversight to perform.
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and team player attitude.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to the set schedule.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Reliable transportation.

Education and Experience:

1-3 years of experience in wireless telecommunications is preferred.
High School Diploma or GED accepted; Associate degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
