Schedule Details: Clinic open from 7am-7pm Monday through Thursday and 7am-5:30pm Fridays.
No weekends or holidays required.
Working with oncology patients at our Cancer Rehab outpatient therapy clinic.

Looking for candidate who has cancer rehab experience and passion, and is currently lymphedema certified, and if not, willing to become lymphedema certified as soon as possible after hire.

About Us:

The outpatient therapy department operates thirteen clinic locations serving all of Waukesha County. These thirteen locations combine to complete over 13,000 outpatient visits monthly. Clinical staff provide care for patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular and medical diagnoses. The department consists of over 108 therapists to provide rehab services including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Additionally, we offer pediatric rehab and cancer rehab as clinic specific specialty services.

What You Will Do:

Evaluates individuals referred for physical therapy services. Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of treatment. Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment. Collaborates with and provides consultation to others in care delivery. Supervises physical therapist assistants and aides.

What you will need:

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
Current State of WI Physical Therapist licensure.
Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
At least 1 year of related therapy experience preferred.
Lymphedema certification preferred or ability to become lymphedema certified after hire.
Cancer rehab experience preferred
