Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Guardia de Seguridad to join our security team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively monitor premises, respond to incidents, and enforce safety protocols.
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and grounds.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Provide first aid or CPR assistance in emergencies as required.
- Manage conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Military experience may be beneficial but is not required.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
