Real Estate Personnel, Inc. is currently seeking a STAFFING ASSISTANT and encourages entry level candidates that can multi- task, have computer skills that includes mid-to-fast typing speed, and that have attention to detail, to apply!

We work together as a team in all that we do, and our staff loves the flexibility to be able to work from home while not having a boring position working alone. We keep our staff engaged, and motivated through out the Monday-Friday 9am-6pm work week with our fun team working environment.

Requirements:

MUST be considering a FULL-TIME Staffing, Human Resources, or a Business Administrative role as a career.
Any real estate industry, apartment, brokerage, construction, title, mortgage, or hotel industry related experience is required.
This is an ENTRY level position and we are willing to train!
MUST reside in the Denver metro, El Reno, OK or Marshfield, MO.
In-person training for two to three weeks will be REQUIRED.
Previous office skills ideal, experience in the apartment and/or real estate industry required.
We are not currently hiring for part-time or for any other schedules other than full-time Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
Must be detailed oriented and professional with strong computer skills.
MUST be able to work from home in a distraction-free environment with no unprofessional background noise. This is a very busy role which allows for very little down time.
A reliable and secure internet connection is required. All other required equipment for this role will be provided by the company.
Must be professional and detail oriented with good typing skills and general computer ability.
Strong interpersonal communications skills, the ability to multi-task, with a willingness to learn is desired
Some college education preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be reliable, ethical, and a team player.

This position is an exciting opportunity for an individual that is interested in a career in staffing, recruiting, or human resources! Willing to train applicant with apartment or other real estate industry related experience, that has strong interpersonal communications skills, the ability to multi-task, a willingness to learn, and a desire for a long term career opportunity!

Job Duties:

Directly assisting a senior recruiter with their daily recruiting efforts
Covering the phones for the Administrative Director, if she is away from her desk. Answering phones to determine the callers needs and transferring the calls to the appropriate staff member
Administer online training and testing to candidates
Database input of resumes and creating files
Ensure accurate completion of onboarding paperwork through our 3rd party online service which includes I-9 and other application forms.
Reach out to candidates to schedule and confirm interviews
Assist managers in various recruiting duties including calling candidates to present positions
Assist in marketing efforts
Assist the payroll department in collecting and processing time sheets
Special projects as assigned
