Responsibilities:

Talk to warm buyer leads over the phone and help them get covered
Use our training and tools to lay out insurance options that fit each family
Take care of your clients so they stick around and send you referrals
Work with your team to hit your goals and theirs
Keep up with products and industry changes so you always have the right answer

Requirements:

Sales or customer service background preferred
Strong communicator who's comfortable on the phone
Can run your own day and also pull your weight on a team
Self-motivated with a real drive to win
Licensed in life insurance, or willing to get licensed (we'll help)
