About The Tox
The Tox is not a spa.
And it's not just a treatment.
We are a results-driven wellness studio redefining body sculpting and lymphatic support through our proprietary Tox® Technique. Our work sits at the intersection of beauty, wellness, and performance, trusted by high-achieving clients who expect excellence, precision, and real outcomes.
At our Denver RiNo studio, every detail matters. Every interaction counts. Every team member plays a role in creating exceptional client experiences while helping the business grow.
We're building a high-performance team—and this role is one of the most important in our studio.
About the Role
Your mission is simple: Keep the Calendar Full.
Every open appointment is an opportunity lost—for a client to feel better and for the business to grow.
As Studio Coordinator, you'll own the systems, conversations, and client relationships that maximize appointment inventory, support client retention, and create an exceptional client experience.
Yes, you'll greet clients and answer phones. But you're much more than a receptionist. You're responsible for helping protect one of the studio's most valuable assets: our calendar.
This role blends hospitality, operations, relationship-building, and sales. If you enjoy connecting with people, take pride in details, and get energized by helping a business grow, you'll thrive here.
As we continue to grow, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement for the right person.
Your Primary Mission: Keep the Calendar Full
You'll do this by:
- Capturing same-day rebooks before clients leave
- Recommending packages and retail that genuinely support client results
- Following up with inquiries, cancellations, waitlists, abandoned bookings, and inactive clients
- Optimizing the daily schedule to maximize appointment inventory
- Reducing cancellations and no-shows through proactive communication
- Tracking key performance metrics and taking ownership of your results
Create an Exceptional Client Experience
- Welcome every client with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Create a seamless experience from arrival through checkout
- Build authentic relationships that keep clients coming back
- Give new clients confidence in our services and recommendations
- Maintain a calm, polished, high-end studio environment
Keep Studio Operations Running Smoothly
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and client communication
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Execute opening and closing procedures
- Support inventory and retail presentation
- Maintain a thorough understanding of services, pricing, promotions, and studio policies
- Communicate professionally across phone, text, email, and in person
Who You Are
- You genuinely enjoy people. You like meeting new people, learning what matters to them, and building relationships that make them want to come back.
- You understand that great sales are simply great client care. You listen first, make thoughtful recommendations, and confidently ask for the commitment.
- You care about the numbers because you understand they represent real people, real appointments, and the health of the business.
- You're detail-oriented and reliable. You follow through, stay organized, and don't let things fall through the cracks.
- You're comfortable with technology and enjoy learning new systems. Experience with Apple products and Mindbody is a plus.
- You're coachable, curious, and excited to keep growing.
- You take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- You contribute positive energy and professionalism to the entire team.
How We Think About Sales
At The Tox, sales are simply an extension of great client care.
We listen first, recommend what genuinely serves the client, and confidently ask for the commitment.
