Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of one (1) year of relevant supervisory experience.
- At least two (2) years of case management experience, preferably within a residential or homeless services setting.

Experience in a residential programs serving individuals experiencing homelessness or with substance use and mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
-
Provide coverage across shelter sites to address Case Worker staffing needs, including absences and vacancies.
- Coordinate and monitor DSS driver schedules to ensure efficient client transportation services.

Support Program Manager in completing required daily and monthly reporting.

Lead the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Case Management staff.

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with program leadership.
