Full Job Description

JBK Manufacturing is recruiting for a Roving Inspector.We are a growing company, and we are looking for a candidate that is looking for a growth opportunity and a long-time career.

JBK Manufacturing is highly recognized in the manufacturing industry as the precision machine shop for custom build-to-print manufacturing services. The Roving Inspector will perform shop in-process inspection and approves outgoing product by performing essential requirements and job duties as listed.

This role offers the chance to work with cross-functional teams, master cutting-edge technologies, and grow within our expanding company. Take on the rewarding challenge of leading projects in our high-tech facility and see your ideas turn into real-world aerospace solutions.

Requirements/Job Duties:

· Reads drawings and blueprints to effectively qualify machined products.

· Uses basic measuring equipment (Calipers, micrometers).

· Reads and interprets Control Plans.

· Performs cell product audits and documents inspection results.

· Performs Final Audits before shipping to customer.

· Performs outgoing product audits before shipping to outside operations.

· Maintains records of all measurements.

· Use SPC for control of critical features where required.

· Communicate effectively with Quality and Production Departments.

· Other duties may be assigned.

· Excellent attention to detail, time management skills and meeting deadlines

· Positive attitude and ability to handle highly confidential information

· Ability to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic

· Ability to work in a team

· Ability to work independently

· High energy level

· Must be a U.S. Citizen.
