Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The role is responsible for repairing and maintaining equipment and processes in the facility.

This position works Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm- 6:30 am

JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions

Performs preventative and reactive maintenance on lab equipment and building systems, including complex electronic and mechanical equipment.
Maintains all maintenance-related software programs such as PM logs and material acquisition records.
Communicates with Help Desks and Production teams to diagnose equipment issues and optimize departmental coordination.
Fabricates systems and machines to improve production efficiency and quality.
Trains new Maintenance and Production associates and ensures adherence to all safety rules and protocols.

Qualifications

**Education Level**

High School Diploma or equivalent. **Required**

**Work Experience**

6-8 years of hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex equipment, including electromechanical and CNC-type systems. **Required**

**Additional Skills - Includes Computer/Software Skills**

**Required Qualifications:**

English fluency in both reading and writing. Proficiency in written and verbal communication is essential for effective collaboration with team members and accurate documentation of maintenance activities. **Required**
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics in both American and European formats. **Required**

**Preferred Qualifications:**

PLC programming experience
