Kitchen Manager
Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring team members follow proper cooking techniques, hygiene practices, and workflow protocols. They create schedules, monitor performance, and provide guidance to maintain a productive and positive work environment
Food Preparation and Quality Control: They oversee food preparation, ensuring dishes meet quality and consistency standards. This includes monitoring cooking processes, tasting dishes, and implementing standardized recipes to maintain customer satisfaction
Inventory and Supply Management: Kitchen managers maintain inventory, order food and supplies, and supervise stock rotation. They track usage to control costs and prevent shortages or waste
Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and workplace safety protocols is a core duty. This includes maintaining clean workspaces, proper food storage, and providing personal protective equipment when necessary
Financial and Administrative Duties: Kitchen managers monitor food costs, manage budgets, and coordinate with other departments to optimize operations. They may also handle customer feedback and address kitchen-related issues
By effectively managing these responsibilities, a kitchen manager ensures smooth kitchen operations, high-quality food service, and a safe, efficient, and motivated team

Responsibilities include:
- Making Soup from scratch
- Making sauces from scratch
- Preparing "Made to order" menu items
- Grilling steaks
- Using a flat top griddle
- Using a Broaster
- Using a fryer
- Food prep
- Cleaning Duties
Being on your feet for more than 4 hours at a time.
Lifting, bending, stooping, carrying items weighing in excess of 50 lbs.
Capacity to read and prepare recipes, event orders and customer tickets
