Position Overview
Unified Home Remodeling is seeking a motivated Installation Helper to assist our experienced installation crews with residential window and door replacement projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in construction. You will work alongside experienced installers, receive on-the-job training, and learn the proper techniques for installing premium replacement windows and doors.

Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with window and door installations
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Prepare job sites before installation begins
- Protect customers' homes and furnishings during installation
- Remove and dispose of old windows, doors, and debris
- Measure, carry, and organize materials throughout the job
- Assist with caulking, insulating, trim work, and cleanup
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Communicate professionally with homeowners when appropriate
- Learn proper installation techniques from experienced installers
Qualifications
- Construction experience is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools (or willingness to learn)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional Saturday work available
- Year-round employment
