Full Job Description

State of the Art, Inc., a leading manufacturer of thick and thin film resistive products, has an opening for a Data Entry Administrator in our Sales Department. Hours will be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime hours as required to meet deadlines.

The position requires being (or becoming) knowledgeable about electronic components; high degree of motivation; ability to perform effectively in a high-stress multi-task environment; computer experience; legible printing or handwriting; attention to detail; and ability to set priorities and manage workload accordingly. Position involves email and telephone interaction with customers, Outside Sales Representatives, production staff, and accounting.

Benefits include: Paid Time Off at 60 days, Holidays at 30 days, and Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance are available on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. After one full quarter of service, there is a bonus program. After one year of service, there is a profit sharing program and a retirement plan.
