Full Job Description

W are seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator to join our growing team. This position will support the day to day operations of our office and work closely with our field crews, customers, and vendors.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers, communicating with customers, staying organized, and handling a variety of responsibilities in a small business environment.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate field crews
Prepare and send customer estimates
Prepare and send customer invoices
Receive and record customer payments
Create and manage purchase orders
Communicate with customers, vendors, and field employees by phone and email
Maintain organized project files and office records
Utilize QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other office software
Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed
Assist with other day to day office needs as they arise

What We Are Looking For

Dependable, organized, and detail oriented
Comfortable working with numbers and computer software
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
Comfortable learning new processes and software
Willing to assist with a variety of office responsibilities as needed
QuickBooks experience is preferred
Construction or administrative experience is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
