Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter or Onsite Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role involves managing the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to recruitment, and expertise in building relationships with customers and employees.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational growth by attracting top talent across diverse departments and levels. Key responsibilities include developing effective recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, negotiating employment terms, and maintaining positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing talent pipelines, and supporting employee orientation and development initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a talented, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles including technical, executive, campus, and internal positions.
Conduct thorough interviews assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit; provide detailed evaluations to hiring managers.
Negotiate employment offers ensuring alignment with organizational policies and candidate expectations.
Manage talent sourcing through social media management tools, cold calling strategies, and research to generate qualified candidate pools.
Maintain compliance with employment and labor laws during all recruitment activities.
Support onboarding processes including employee orientation, contracts management, and initial training & development programs.
Foster strong relationships with candidates through effective communication skills and relationship management techniques.
Collaborate with HRIS systems such as ADP, Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft to update employee records accurately.
Assist in succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential internal candidates for future leadership roles.
Conduct regular employee evaluations and support employee relations initiatives to promote engagement.
Participate in training sessions on HR sourcing tools and recruitment best practices.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting within the staffing industry and dealing with customers.
Proven expertise in technical recruiting across multiple industries; experience with executive recruiting is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, and research-driven sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
