Outlaw Printers | On-Site Position

Outlaw Printers is looking for a dependable, creative and hardworking person to join our team. This is a hands-on, on-site position that combines screen printing, graphic design, production, retail sales and customer service.
We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, works well with others and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. One day you may be creating artwork for a customer's order, and the next you'll be printing shirts, helping customers or working the register.
What You'll Do
- Screen print shirts, apparel and other products
- Prepare and set up jobs for screen-print production
- Create and modify artwork and designs for customers
- Work with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Assist customers with orders, designs and product selections
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in person, by phone and through email
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions
- Use Microsoft Office, email and other general computer programs
- Help organize, prepare and complete customer orders
- Maintain a clean and organized production and retail environment
- Work with the team to meet production schedules and customer deadlines
- Assist with other shop and retail duties as needed
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is dependable and can consistently meet deadlines
- Has graphic design experience and a strong eye for design
- Has real-world experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Is comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office and email
- Enjoys working with customers and the public
- Communicates well and works well as part of a team
- Can stay organized and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Is willing to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities
- Has previous screen-printing, production or shop experience — preferred, but we are willing to provide some on-the-job training
Physical Requirements
Please note: Screen printing is a physically demanding job.
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand and move for extended periods of time
- Perform repetitive movements associated with screen printing and production
- Bend, reach, push and pull throughout the workday
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Work comfortably in an active production/shop environment
Experience & Qualifications
- Graphic design experience preferred
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Screen-printing or production experience is a plus
- Retail and/or customer-service experience is a plus
- General computer proficiency required
Pay is determined based on experience.
