We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and highly resourceful Managing Broker / Real Estate Agent & Customer Support Specialist to help support our growing real estate organization in Georgia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a real estate professional who has developed significant industry knowledge and now wants to use that experience to help agents succeed, solve problems, strengthen brokerage operations, maintain compliance, recruit talent, teach, mentor, and positively influence a growing organization.
An active Georgia Real Estate License is required. A Georgia Broker's License is strongly preferred.
This position may be customized around the experience, strengths, capabilities, and availability of the selected candidate.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Responsibilities will vary based on the individual's experience and role, but typical duties may include:
- Agent Support: Assist real estate agents with brokerage questions, contracts, transactions, challenges, and problem-solving.
- Consumer & Client Support: Help buyers, sellers, and other consumers resolve questions or concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Brokerage Compliance: Help oversee transactions, brokerage procedures, licensing matters, advertising, and compliance with Georgia real estate regulations.
- Contract Guidance: Provide knowledgeable assistance involving Georgia real estate contracts, forms, procedures, and brokerage practices.
- Advertising Review: Assist with the review of agent advertising, marketing, social media, signage, and other promotional materials for compliance.
- Risk Management: Identify potential brokerage issues early and help agents find practical, compliant solutions.
- Recruiting: Help identify, communicate with, interview, and recruit talented real estate professionals.
- Agent Development: Mentor agents and help them become more knowledgeable, professional, productive, and confident.
- Teaching & Training: Participate in classes, workshops, broker meetings, coaching sessions, and educational programs.
- Leadership: Help reinforce a positive, collaborative, professional, agent-focused company culture.
- Meetings & Events: Participate in selected company meetings, agent events, educational programs, recruiting activities, and industry events.
- Problem Solving: Serve as a trusted resource when agents, clients, or staff encounter unusual or difficult situations.
- Brokerage Growth: Contribute ideas, relationships, knowledge, and leadership that help improve and grow the organization.

Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia Real Estate License
- Deep knowledge of Georgia brokerage matters
- Extensive experience in the real estate industry
- Strong working knowledge of Georgia real estate contracts and transaction procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate professionally with agents, consumers, staff, and industry partners
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Team-player mentality
- Resourcefulness and willingness to find answers
- Comfortable working with technology and modern real estate systems
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and challenging situations professionally
Highly Preferred
- Active Georgia Broker's License
- Previous Managing Broker, Associate Broker, or Broker experience
- Experience mentoring or supervising real estate agents
- Experience teaching or training real estate professionals
- Experience in brokerage compliance or risk management
- Recruiting experience
- Real estate leadership or management experience
- Strong industry relationships and connections
- Advanced technology, CRM, transaction-management, or real estate software skills
MULTI-STATE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
Additional consideration may be given to candidates who are licensed or knowledgeable in real estate brokerage practices and contracts in:
- South Carolina
- Alabama
- North Carolina
- Tennessee
- Florida
Multi-state Broker licenses are especially valuable.
MULTILINGUAL CANDIDATES ENCOURAGED
The ability to communicate professionally in multiple languages is an additional advantage.
