Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative and become the friendly, professional voice that helps our clients and visitors feel valued and supported. In this role, you will be part of a team that provides exceptional service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will ensure smooth office operations, foster positive client relationships, and contribute to a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Focus on and meeting office insurance production goals established by our team under State Farm guidelines
Provide recommendations to customers that come out of needs-based conversations
Follow up with customers that have expressed interest in insurance products
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries promptly and professionally, directing calls efficiently.
Greet in-office visitors with warm, courteous service while managing check-in procedures.
Maintain accurate customer activity using State Farm productivity software.
Handle office management tasks including calendar management, and appointment scheduling.
Support client communication efforts through phone support, email correspondence, and follow-up activities for policy changes, applications and claims.
Consistent attendance record

Skills

Proven experience in production of insurance products
Customer service with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Strong computer literacy
Ability to operate multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professionalism
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
