We are seeking dependable Illinois Process Servers for independent contractor opportunities throughout the state of Illinois.
This is field-based legal support work and is best suited for individuals who are organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
IMPORTANT
- This is an Independent Contractor opportunity.
- Compensation is paid on a per-assignment basis, not an hourly wage.
- Actual compensation varies based on assignment type, location, urgency, difficulty, number of attempts required, and experience.
- Many assignments require multiple attempts before completion.
- Successful process servers understand that this work requires patience, persistence, communication, and accurate reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve legal documents in a designated area.
- Perform residential and business service attempts.
- Complete detailed status updates after each attempt.
- Prepare affidavits and service documentation.
- Follow assignment instructions and client requirements.
- Communicate professionally with recipients, and building staff.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS
- PERC Card
- Automobile
- Driver's License and Insurance
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Attention to detail and professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.

Rates range from 25.00 per completion of the assignment and requirements.
