What We Offer:

24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions
24/7 assistance related to client care
In home care with private clients
Paid mileage
Nurse owned, Nurse managed company

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
Service the Champaign, Vermilion, and Piatt, Ford, Iroquois, Douglas, Edgar County Illinois areas.
Looking for all visit times; night, evening, days, weekdays and weekends

Requirements:

1 year previous caregiving experience, doesn’t have to be professional. We love our clients like family, so if you cared faithfully for your own loved ones and enjoyed the rewards of helping someone live their very best life, we would love to have you on our team.
Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset and financially rewarded.
Background checks, fingerprints, and registration with IDPH Healthcare Providers website will be completed.
Current TB Screen, Occupational Medicine exam, and Criminal Record Checks
Must be able to legally work in USA to apply for this position
Valid driver’s license is required
