Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Leader Apprentice and embark on an exciting journey to develop your sales and leadership expertise. This apprenticeship offers a vibrant environment where energetic individuals can build foundational skills in outside sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation strategies. As a key player in our growth, you will gain hands-on experience, while working towards becoming a confident sales professional ready to lead future initiatives.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts.
Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding needs, and offering tailored options and services.
Conduct negotiations with clients and customers to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance standards.
Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and internal tools to track leads, follow-ups, and customer information efficiently.
Analyze customer data to identify sales opportunities and develop strategic marketing approaches that enhance client engagement.
Collaborate with team members on benefits administration projects and support marketing campaigns to expand outreach efforts.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in outside sales, retail sales, customer support customer service or telemarketing environments.
Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication abilities.
Prior sales experience or familiarity with CRM systems is preferred but not required.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client communication and relationship building.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
