Full Job Description

Job Title: Financial Assistant

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

To effectively assist the owner of Camelback Wealth Consultants in the organization and coordination of office operations, mostly serving Silver and Gold Clients and facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This position requires attention to detail and exceptional client communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with money movement, as directed by Financial Advisor

Link brokerage account to client bank accounts

Open new accounts and coordinate transfer of incoming assets

Maintain office services

Maintain office and conference room for incoming clients

Serve as liaison with insurance companies including proper state licenses

Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory

Prepare forms for all client meetings, including Client Meeting Check List for each meeting and email to Mark day before client meeting.

Run Morning Star Reports (client return summary YTD and performance by security YTD)

Set up conference room for client meeting with morning star reports up on the screen and Schwab account pulled up on screen

Work with Client Services Representative (Leah) to maintain policy anniversary schedule list and schedule annual reviews with Life Insurance clients

Manage President’s calendar in conjunction with quarterly and annual reviews to ensure fiduciary responsibility guidelines

Utilize Redtail CRM to its fullest potential

Handle office and customer inquiries

Answering phone calls

Handling mail

Meeting Requests

Paperless process

Incoming calls and direct to proper employee. *Client Services Representative (Leah) will facilitate most Platinum client base requests.

Cost basis and tax statements

Collaborate with President for any client meeting recap or follow-up

Track Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), Track IRS and Roth IRA Funding on a per client basis. Everyone should be tracked so that no one misses funding each year.

Track Leads

Track New Money In and report properly in Atlas

Scan documents to post on shared drive

Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
