- You are the direct go-between connecting Department Managers with the Service Technicians and Yard Workers. You oversee the workflow for all departments, ensuring everyone is operating from the same daily playbook.
- You manage the intake of both shop repairs and rental fleet returns. You never accept a machine with "bad data." You ensure serial numbers are verified, damage is documented, and rental deliveries/pickups are scheduled accurately. Excellence is getting it right the first time.

General Requirements:
· 1 year experience in the rental field. Preferably in one of the following industries: Agricultural equipment, motor vehicle industry, outdoor power equipment, recreational vehicles, construction equipment and machinery, small engine, and accessories.
· Must be willing to work a normal 40 hours per week, and longer hours, as required, to meet customer demands.
· Able to lift and handle heavy loads up to 70 lbs. plus work outdoors and indoors in all weather.

· Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; responds well to questions.
· Adaptability - Adapt to changes in the work environment; Manage competing demands.
· Manages difficult or emotional customer situations.
· Must have good organizational, multitasking, and reasonable computer skills.
Target Responsibilities:
· Prep rental equipment before customers pick them up.
· Test rental units when customers bring them back.
· Help technicians with using a forklift to move equipment.
· Set up new equipment.
· Receive freight.
· Opening and closing procedures.
· Pressure wash and grease rentals as well as customer’s repaired equipment.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
· Begin each workday with a positive attitude by encouraging coworkers to meet their daily and weekly goals. Work to develop a sense of “team” in the parts department and across other departments.
· Prep all rental equipment and accessories as rental contracts are confirmed.
· Test rental units when rental contracts are complete. When units are damaged, write up an ECR and let Rental Supervisor know.
· Move equipment with forklift for technicians and if needed, customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
