Full Job Description

Auto Giants Nissan is looking for an experienced Automotive Biller to add to their team. This is a great opportunity to a join a growing Auto Group with above industry PTO policy as well as competitive pay and benefits.

The position is a full-time non-exempt position and directly reports to the Controller.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Know and live the Auto Giants Core Values
Review sales contracts for conformity, ensuring all documents are accounted for to head off potential funding issues.
Ensure timely posting of new and/or used vehicle deals to accounting by next day
Input all notes in ReverseRisk to ensure any known issues are updated in a timely manner
Verify all warranty, gap or other aftermarket contracts have cost in the deal and process to be be paid in a timely manner.
Work cooperatively with finance to resolve any deals that have discrepancies, follow up as necessary.
Process all Floorplan payoffs in a timely manner
Post daily funding
Review and report any missing down payments as directed.
Review assigned accounts/reverse risk reports for any discrepancies, report discrepancies and work with supervisor to correct.
Verify all warranty, gap, or other aftermarket contracts docs are available to a/p to pay in a timely manner.
Process all lien payoffs, verifying the proper amounts and immediately turn over to title clerk for follow-up on the collection of said titles
Stock in all new and used vehicles with proper amounts and in a timely manner
Prepare dealership daily reports for management staff as directed
File and maintain deal jackets as needed for the dealership
Assist with other clerical duties as assigned

Schedule
Monday - Friday 8 hour shift

Experience

automotive dealership accounting experience is required: 3 years
candidate must be able to multi-task in fast paced work environment
Dealertrack experience preferred
