Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing and Hospital Liaison to lead our healthcare outreach initiatives and elevate our presence within medical communities. This pivotal role combines innovative marketing leadership with dedicated hospital engagement, ensuring our solutions effectively meet the needs of healthcare providers and patients alike. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for building strong relationships, driving B2B sales, and delivering impactful product demonstrations, all while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence. Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to hospital and healthcare provider audiences, emphasizing product benefits and technical features
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, medical staff, and key decision-makers through proactive outreach and account management
Lead hospital liaison efforts by coordinating product demos, educational sessions, and technical sales presentations that highlight our solutions’ value in clinical settings
Negotiate contracts, partnership agreements, and service terms to foster long-term collaborations with healthcare institutions
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth within the medical sector, utilizing insights to refine outreach tactics
Oversee outside sales activities by managing a team of sales representatives focused on hospital accounts and medical sales channels
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, pharmaceutical or medical device sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets through outside sales efforts
Excellent negotiation skills combined with robust account management capabilities
Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations in healthcare environments
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical information clearly and persuasively
Analytical skills to interpret market data, assess customer needs, and develop strategic plans accordingly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word for documentation, PowerPoint for presentations, and analysis tools for market research
Organizational skills necessary to coordinate multiple stakeholders across hospital systems effectively
