Conquer Life NCAA Program Instructor

Location: Cleveland, OH (local colleges and universities) Job Type: Part-time / Flexible schedule Pay: $88 per 1-hour session; paid training at $588 total upon completion

Tackling NCAA Student-Athlete Mental Health — ONE TEAM. AT. A. TIME.

About Conquer Life: A novel approach. #ThisIsSomethingElse

The Conquer Life program is a first-of-its-kind interactive mental wellness initiative created for NCAA athletes. We meet them where they are. The program consists of 7 sessions of 45 minutes that incorporate directly into regularly scheduled team training.

About the Role:

We're hiring instructors to deliver the Conquer Life program directly to NCAA student-athletes at local colleges and universities. No prior certification is required. All instructors must complete a paid, in-person training and certification program before leading sessions.

What You'll Do:

Facilitate Conquer Life sessions with NCAA student-athletes following the curriculum taught during certification
Create an engaging, supportive environment where athletes feel fully present and have fun
Maintain consistency and quality across every session and every team you work with
Always show up on time, with high energy and positivity, ready to engage with college athletes

How It Works:

Get certified: Complete the 3-day training to learn the session format
Set your availability: Upload your schedule through our instructor app
Get matched: We assign you to local NCAA teams based on your hours
Lead with support: Access our digital platform for session-by-session instructions and guidance as you facilitate

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with college athletes (as a coach, trainer, advisor, former athlete, or similar)
Genuine passion for college athlete mental health
High energy and a natural ability to engage a room
Experience leading or facilitating groups
Reliable availability for flexible session scheduling

Training & Certification:

All instructors attend a required 3-day training to become certified to run the Conquer Life program.

Dates: September 11-13*
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay: $588 total, paid upon completion of training

*Note: Training dates will be confirmed following video interview

Compensation & Hours:

$88 per hour once matched with NCAA teams, ongoing
Flexible hours based on team scheduling needs
