Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, efficient check-in and check-out processes, and seamless communication. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for guests’ entire stay, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Whether managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, or coordinating with other departments, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable hospitality experiences in a vibrant resort environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate reservation records, modify bookings as needed, and assist with special requests to enhance guest experiences.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
Uphold excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines, providing clear information about hotel services and amenities.
Promote hotel services and local attractions to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
Ensure all front desk operations adhere to hospitality management standards while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Experience

Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively.
Proven experience in guest services or front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting is advantageous.
Familiarity with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems will help you excel in this role.
Strong customer service skills combined with excellent communication abilities are essential for building positive guest relations.
Experience working with hotel management software or property management systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
