Full Job Description

We are a growing home services company looking for an experienced Office Manager to take full ownership of our daily office operations.

This is not an entry-level administrative position.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, make decisions, solve problems, and keep the office running efficiently without constant direction or supervision.

Responsibilities

* Manage daily office operations.

* Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.

* Schedule appointments and dispatch field technicians.

* Follow up on estimates, customers, unpaid invoices, and open jobs.

* Build strong relationships with customers.

* Handle billing, office administration, and documentation.

* Keep the office organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

* Identify opportunities to improve operations and help grow the business.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of Office Management experience.

* Previous experience in the home service industry is required (Mold Remediation, Insulation, Air Duct Cleaning, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Restoration, Pest Control, or similar).

* Experience dispatching field technicians.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

* Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.

* Experience using CRM and scheduling software (Housecall Pro is a plus).

* English required. Spanish is a plus.
