Rosemary & Rye is seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to lead the execution of our events from staffing through on-site delivery. This role oversees our team of 1099 event staff, including servers, bartenders, event chefs, and event leads, ensuring every event is properly staffed, well-organized, and executed to the high standards our clients expect.
As a hands-on leader, you'll oversee recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, and developing our event team while serving as the operational bridge between Sales, the kitchen, warehouse, and front-of-house staff. You'll own on-site execution, support Event Leads, refine systems and processes, and help ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.
To succeed in this role, you'll need several years of experience in event operations, hospitality management, or a similar leadership position. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, sound decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are essential.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, creating efficient systems, and leading from the front. If you're energized by live events, love solving problems in real time, and take pride in delivering exceptional experiences, we'd love to meet you.
