About Us

SHOPSXC is a fast-growing retail clothing brand known for our curated styles and personalized customer experience. We’re looking for a Stylist who loves fashion, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping customers feel confident and inspired.

Position Summary

As a Stylist, you will deliver exceptional customer service, create outfit recommendations, and ensure the store is visually appealing and organized. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, supporting management, and representing the SHOPSXC brand.

Key Responsibilities

Greet every customer and create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience
Recommend clothing, accessories, and complete looks based on customer preferences
Inform customers about current sales, promotions, and new arrivals
Maintain fitting rooms, assisting customers with sizing and additional product requests
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the store, including the fitting rooms and register
Support visual merchandising by ensuring displays and racks are neat, styled, and on-brand
Communicate customer feedback, low-stock items, and operational issues to management
Uphold company values and act as a brand ambassador at all times

Qualifications

1+ year of retail or customer service experience (fashion retail preferred)
Strong sense of style and trend awareness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and cash handling skills
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must maintain a professional and fashion-forward appearance that reflects the SHOPSXC brand

4–8 hour shifts
