REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED
Prior experience in a loan servicing role
Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
Prior experience with FiServ loan servicing software

CORE JOB FUNCTIONS

Perform daily operational processes, including escrow and insurance tracking, payment & payoff processing, exception item processing, file maintenance, and loan booking.
Promptly respond to loan servicing requests Actively contribute to the department's productivity, efficiency, and expense control goals.
Pursue continuing education to stay abreast of evolving regulations and industry standards.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Thorough knowledge of Federal and State regulatory compliance.

KEY METRICS FOR SUCCESS

1-3 years insurance tracking and escrow experience is strongly desired but not required.
Demonstrated competency of loan servicing functions and procedures.
Thorough knowledge of escrow accounts and insurance tracking.
Proven ability to perform at a high level in a fast paced and continually changing environment.
Strong management and communication skills.
Genuine desire to contribute towards a supportive and collaborative team environment.
