We are currently hiring a Director of Operations to cover our Hilton Head and Charleston network.

Job Overview:

The Director of Operations will serve as a key leader, driving Swig's success by fostering a “people first” culture, emphasizing career development, guest service excellence, operational performance, and financial accountability. Proven leadership experience in operations management, preferably in the foodservice or restaurant industry.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and people development skills.
Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
Ability to drive performance and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture.
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
Serve as a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Franchisee.
Lead by example, inspiring employees through positive energy, empowerment, and a strong work ethic.
Foster a “people first” culture that prioritizes career development, guest service, and operational excellence.
Ensure team members are motivated, developed, and equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.

Operational Oversight:

Monitor all business operations and ensure alignment with Swig's established goals, objectives, plans, and policies.
Oversee daily operations of stores in your network, ensuring that food safety, maintenance, and administrative tasks are being handled according to standards.
Accountable for the efficiency, sustainable growth, and overall performance of each store under your direction.
Collaborate with leadership teams to implement strategies that drive operational excellence and improve business outcomes.
Evaluate and provide feedback on restaurant leadership performance, focusing on growth, financial success, and individual development.

Strategic Planning and Performance Management:

Work closely with owners to design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to meet organizational goals.
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, ensuring that these are communicated effectively across all teams.
Analyze business trends and operations to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change across the organization.
Develop and implement business plans that promote long-term growth, profitability, and operational sustainability.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Regularly communicate important updates and reports to the Franchisee, covering operational performance, trends, and any critical matters.
Coordinate and collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors to ensure the smooth functioning of operations and services.

Key Performance Areas:

Leadership and development of restaurant teams.
Accountability for day-to-day operations and business growth.
Execution of Dunkin’s operational, safety, and performance standards.
Regular reporting and strategic feedback to ownership.
