Full Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, respond to questions and requests, provide timely assistance, and ensure a positive client experience.

This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about company services, processes, and next steps.
Assist clients with questions, concerns, and basic problem resolution.
Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been addressed.
Escalate complex or urgent matters to the appropriate team member.
Maintain a professional and helpful attitude in all client interactions.
Protect confidential client and company information.
Complete assigned administrative and support tasks as needed.
