Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role involves providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will handle a variety of clerical tasks, manage office systems, and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will help foster an efficient and welcoming environment for both staff and clients. This position is in an office setting. The workday . (28-32 hours per week).

Duties

Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all records

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations

Handle calendar management for executives or team members, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings

Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a tidy workspaceExperience

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role within an office environment

Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic data entry • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing correspondence

Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, calendar management, and supply ordering

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques while maintaining high accuracy standards

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week
