Immigration Attorney (Hybrid / Full Time)

Are you are an immigration attorney who thrives in a growing firm environment where your dedication and skillset can make a lasting impact, and where work-life balance is respected? Do you also have experience in criminal defense? Latitude is working with a firm in search of a skilled immigration attorney to join their team. This is a permanent hybrid position where you will spend some of your time in the office, so candidates should reside in the Charleston area.

Basic Requirements for the Immigration Attorney:

3+ years of experience in immigration law
Experience in criminal law is a plus
Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Licensed to practice law
Outstanding professional references

Position Details of the Immigration Attorney:

Type of role: Direct Hire
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Hybrid (Charleston area)

Compensation:

Pay: The salary range for this role is $70,000-$100,000 or more, depending on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials.

Benefits: In addition to pay, a competitive benefits package is also provided, including employer paid (after 90 days) medical insurance, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k), as well as 7 weeks of PTO.
