As an International Tax Manager, you will be responsible for the following job duties:

Prepare and review U.S. international tax reporting of income tax returns (S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, and Individuals)
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal international tax developments
Advise clients on a full spectrum of international tax services including planning, research, compliance, general mergers and acquisitions activities, entity structuring and transfer pricing
Review U.S. international information reporting forms
Assist with new business development, extended service, and international tax issue recognition for existing clients
Partner with leadership to evaluate new markets, service offerings, and joint ventures from a tax perspective
Contribute to proposal development and client facing opportunities as needed including executive roundtables, prospect meetings, etc.
Remain up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
Coach and develop junior tax professionals

You Have

BA/BS in Accounting and active CPA license required
6–8 years of progressive international tax experience with strong U.S. international tax technical skills; public accounting experience preferred
Experience in international planning, compliance, M&A, entity structuring, and transfer pricing
Ability to identify tax issues and support business development opportunities
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, including mentoring junior staff
Commitment to staying current on international tax laws and industry changes
