About This Role
As a Craftsman Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to learn multiple areas of our operation.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Loading and organizing lumber
- Moving materials throughout the shop
- Preparing orders for production
- Operating portions of our finishing and production line
- Assisting with local deliveries
- Helping maintain an organized and efficient workspace
- Supporting craftsmen and production team members
- Learning woodworking and carpentry skills in our wood shop

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the day

Previous woodworking, manufacturing, or construction experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation
- Starting pay of $18–$22 per hour based on experience
- Performance-based bonus program
- Full-time position
