Description

Reception Responsibilities:

Greet and warmly welcome customers and visitors upon arrival.
Direct visitors to the appropriate Budtender for assistance.
Check in existing patients and assist new visitors with registration.
Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance or direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Verify customers' identification documents to ensure legal age requirements are met.
Maintain inventory supplies, create re-order lists, and communicate needs to management.
Keep communal areas clean, organized, and presentable for guests.
Monitor reception area via security cameras and report any incidents or concerns.
Collect and input new patient information into the system.
Assist with uploading images onto our menu through backend systems like Dutchie or Weedmaps.
Foster customer loyalty to High Society by providing exceptional service and creating positive experiences.
Contribute to a positive, customer-service oriented work environment that complies with established policies and procedures.
Demonstrate resourcefulness and proactivity in addressing issues as they arise.
Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to ensure efficient operations.
Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
Maintain a positive attitude to create a friendly and inviting work environment for colleagues and customers alike.

Reception Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Preferably, 1 year of experience in the cannabis industry and at least 6 months to 1 year of receptionist experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service abilities.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to cannabis sales and receptionist duties.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Point of Sale (POS) software and inventory management systems.
Fun attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Schedule:

Flexible shifts including day, night, weekends, and holidays.
