Overview

We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth office functioning. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic work environment.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
Handle all front desk responsibilities including answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information
Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
Support office management tasks like calendar management, appointment setting, and organizing meetings
Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing Word processing materials
Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized to support daily operations

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry
Technical proficiency with multi-line phone systems and general computer literacy
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
Previous experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Demonstrated professionalism in handling confidential information and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette
Laundry Duties included
