Company Overview:
We are a fast-growing IT company specializing in Lean IT solutions for businesses across various industries. As we continue to expand and grow, we are looking for a skilled and driven Business Analyst to join our team and help us deliver exceptional Lean IT services to our clients.
Position Overview:
As a Business Analyst for Lean IT, you will play a critical role in our company's success by serving as the link between our clients and our IT solutions. Your main responsibility will be to identify, analyze, and document the business needs and requirements of our clients and translate them into actionable technical solutions. You will work closely with our Lean IT specialists, project managers, and clients to understand business processes and workflows and provide data-driven recommendations to improve them.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document business requirements
Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
Use data and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
Create functional requirement documents, user stories, and use cases to communicate business needs to the development team
Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and provide solutions to ensure project success
Conduct user acceptance testing to validate that project deliverables meet business requirements
Continuously monitor business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Lean IT or process improvement
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex information to different stakeholders
Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Lean
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus
