Clinical Liaison — Part-Time

Family Medicine Concierge/Direct Primary Care that’s affordable and membership based | Direct Primary Care, Plaza Midwood — Charlotte, NC

Status: Part-Time, Hybrid/Remote-Flexible

Priority Care is a small direct primary care (DPC) practice serving the Plaza Midwood community. We keep our patient panel intentionally small and our appointments unhurried, which means our team gets to build real relationships with the people we care for — not just check boxes. We’re looking for a Clinical Liaison who wants to be a true partner in that mission.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that blends clinical support, administrative coordination, and (ideally) a little marketing savvy. You’ll work closely with our physician as a two-person care team, handling both the hands-on clinical tasks and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the practice running smoothly. Because our panel is small and our visits are longer, you’ll get to know our patients by name — this isn’t a high-volume, revolving-door environment.

Schedule is part-time with some flexibility; a mix of in-office and remote work is expected.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Support

Draw blood and perform basic phlebotomy for in-house labs
Run and maintain our small in-office lab
Assist with medication refill requests
Support day-to-day patient care alongside the physician

Administrative & Patient Coordination

Answer phones and serve as a warm, familiar point of contact for patients
Process referrals and prior authorizations
Help manage scheduling and general practice admin

Nice to Have

Support with social media content and posting (not required, but a plus)

What We’re Looking For

Experience with phlebotomy/blood draws and basic lab procedures (required)
Comfort with administrative work: phones, referrals, prior auths
A relationship-first mindset — you enjoy getting to know patients, not just processing them
Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup
Living in or near Plaza Midwood is a plus, given our practice’s neighborhood focus
Interest in or experience with social media is a bonus
