JOB SUMMARY:
Specific body measurements are required to match the standard body chart that is used. Adult candidates selected be willing to maintain their measurements.
In addition to serving as a fit model, this position provides basic support to the Technical Design team by assisting with garment preparation, sample organization, fit session coordination, and other technical design-related tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Try on clothing samples during fit sessions for garment evaluation.
- Provide accurate and consistent fit feedback regarding comfort, mobility, and overall garment fit.
- Assist the Technical Design team with preparing garments and samples for fit sessions.
- Measure, sort, and track samples as directed by the Technical Design team.
- Help maintain fit room organization and ensure fit samples are ready for scheduled sessions.
- Enter or update basic fit-related information, logs, or documentation as assigned.
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives assigned.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Technical Design department.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding product development and company information.
