Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable and driven Executive Assistant to work directly with senior leadership. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—serving as a strategic partner in overseeing daily operations, improving internal processes, building teams, implementation of senior leadership vision and missions, and ensuring organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, team driven, receives and gives directions and instruction well, and thrives in a high-responsibility environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to executive leadership, managing priorities, schedules, and communications
Oversee and coordinate operational workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Act as a liaison between teams and executive, ensuring alignment and accountability
Analyze operational challenges and implement practical, results-driven solutions
Assist with HR-related functions including onboarding, employee relations, and policy implementation
Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for executive review
Build teams with appropriate strengths to carry out executive’s vision, mission, and goals
Support strategic initiatives and special projects

Qualifications:

Prior experience working in or with law firms strongly preferred
Team driven and focused
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude with high energy
Background in Human Resources and/or operations
Demonstrated leadership experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools
Willingness and ability to travel as required
Strong interpersonal skills; team-oriented with the ability to both lead and take direction
