Director of Admissions - Enrollment Sales and Team Leadership
Pay: $100,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Admissions to lead our sales team. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our institution by effectively managing the sales process, continuous training, marketing strategies, and enrollment initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales representative management and technology-enabled sales platforms.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily and weekly sales huddle meetings
Manage 20+ sales reps across a multi-state region
Proactively train and develop sales reps through ongoing, continuous training programs
Track and manage KPIs, rating rep performance against conversion rates
Drive improved conversion rates and monitor average rep conversion performance
Hold Monthly KPI meetings with sales reps
Interview and hire new sales reps
Provide performance coaching for under-performing sales reps
Host quarterly in-person sales round-ups
Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage accounts, and streamline communication with prospective students
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with institutional goals

Requirements

5 - 10 years Sales/Admissions leadership experience at a for-profit school
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Experience growing sales more than $20M
Demonstrated expertise in sales techniques and account management
Proficiency in using technology for sales processes: CRM, call recording, video conferencing, SMS marketing
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Strong negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities
Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining a focus on enrollment objectives
40% travel throughout the region as needed
