Description

Required Skills / Experience

7+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or technical delivery support
Strong Agile / Scrum experience in a delivery environment
Strong hands-on experience with JIRA:

o backlog management

o epic/story creation

o acceptance criteria

o refinement support

o dependency / progress tracking

Experience supporting a Product Owner or serving as a Product Owner delegate
Strong SQL skills for analysis, validation, data research, and troubleshooting
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a complex, regulated banking or financial services environment
Ability to understand both business process and technical implementation detail

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $65.00/hr.
