Full Job Description

Martin is seeking a highly competent, strategic and proactive Senior Executive Assistant for Development & Operations to support our Managing Director across a diverse range of entities spanning real estate development, construction and investment services.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, supporting day-to-day operations across multiple business entities.
Manage complex calendar, scheduling, and prioritization of meetings, deadlines, and business initiatives.
Serve as confidential liaison between company executives, internal management, investors, clients, and guests.
Draft, review and manage high-level business correspondence, commercial real estate documents, spreadsheets, reports and presentations.
Function as transaction coordinator for both company and personal real estate matters. Lead and foster client communication and interaction to help facilitate closings.
Develop and manage timelines, workflows, and reporting across multiple concurrent projects including preparing RFPs, Letters of Intent and other requisite documents.
Prepare and track all purchase agreements, addenda, and sale-related documents.
Assist with entity formation, state registrations, and annual filings by each state.
Set up and facilitate transaction files for all new acquisitions.
Serve as confidential liaison between company executives, internal management, investors, clients, and guests.
Initiate, track and maintain insurance policy compliance for all entities and properties.
Take initiative to solve problems, remove roadblocks, and drive execution
Various other tasks and responsibilities, as determined and assigned.

Minimum Requirements

3-5+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Partner, or Operations role
Background in commercial real estate, development, legal, or investment environments strongly preferred
Accuracy, attention to detail.
Ability to function and make decisions with minimum direct supervision.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel)
Bachelor’s degree (Required)
