True 6 Alliance, Inc., a sales and development firm, is seeking a Kinetic Fiber Crew Member in Charlotte to connect our customers with Kinetic Fiber's internet services. The Kinetic Fiber Crew Member guides customers through their connectivity options, engages in sales conversations about their usage habits, and demonstrates how Kinetic Fiber's reliable service fits their lifestyle.

As a Kinetic Fiber Crew Member, you’ll focus on turning customers into loyal advocates. You’ll address any concerns promptly and reinforce the value they’re receiving. This Kinetic Fiber Crew Member role emphasizes long-term relationships, ensuring customers feel valued not just at the point of sale, but throughout their entire sales experience

Responsibilities of the Kinetic Fiber Crew Member

Promote Kinetic Fiber by engaging customers in person and highlighting solutions that improve streaming, gaming, remote work, and home connectivity.
Guide plan comparisons in person through sales conversations that simplify choices, helping families see the value in upgrading without technical jargon.
Build customer trust by listening carefully, addressing concerns directly, and positioning fiber as a dependable internet upgrade.
Generate new opportunities by turning casual chats into meaningful sales discussions that highlight lifestyle improvements.
Support sales objectives by consistently meeting targets while keeping customer satisfaction central to every interaction.
Maintain accurate records of conversations, enrollments, and follow‑ups to ensure smooth account management and reliable service.

Qualifications of the Kinetic Fiber Crew Member

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in customer engagement or sales is a plus, but not required.
Target‑driven mindset with proven ability or motivation to exceed sales goals.
Problem‑solving mindset that thrives in customer‑facing environments.
Rapport‑building skills to connect quickly with our customers in person and build trust.

Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,300.00 per week
